If there’s one thing Saj Tameez has learned, it’s that everyone has a story.

Whether he’s standing on stage making a room full of strangers laugh, writing psychological thrillers that keep readers awake at night, or recording an unfiltered podcast, everything Saj creates starts with the same idea—telling stories that people remember.
Known for his sharp observational humour and relatable storytelling, Saj’s comedy is built around everyday life, family, relationships and the wonderfully ridiculous situations we all find ourselves in. His style is honest, self-deprecating and conversational, making audiences feel less like they’re watching a performance and more like they’re laughing with an old friend.
Away from the stage, Saj leads something of a double life as a crime fiction author. He is the author of the psychological thrillers For Better For Worse and Perfect Little Lies, and is currently writing the next Detective Ali Khan novel, A Stranger’s Daughter. His books explore the darker side of human nature, proving that the same person who makes audiences laugh can also keep them turning pages long into the night.

When he’s not writing or performing, you’ll usually find him behind a microphone recording The Saj Tameez Unfiltered Podcast, where no subject is off limits. Expect honest conversations, unexpected opinions and plenty of laughs along the way.
